Is that both 8:30AM and 6:30AM for Sat and Sun? Or 8:30 AM during the week and 6:30 on weekends.
Since your asking for our thoughts, Ive been developing a plan to achieve my goals for at least the past 2 hours and came to the conclusion: Eat well, sleep, and train hard.
I’d LOVE it if there was a 6am Saturday class. I could workout and be back home before anyone else was awake. I’d come at 6am on Sunday’s too if that was an option.
