Hit a good ole “Do what you suck at day”, but since I couldn’t do everything, I did:
3×5 squats (80, 85, 90 kg) butt-to-calves 3×5 bench press (50, 55, 60)
Followed with a little HSPU practice
I’m going to do Friday’s workout at 5:30 tonight if anyone wants to join me;)
