115-135 lbs for bench, 40Kg clean, 40kg and a few @ 80Kg deadlift. Starting slow with the arm. What an awesome workout. I am exhausted but oddly fired up!!
I did my workout at Fire Station 6- deadlift 225 lbs, bench 200 lbs, and cleans 150 lbs. I did it in 26 mins and it sucked not being able to drop the weights. Marc and Schottie had a nice article in the paper, and pink, sam, armand, sarah, jared, scuba, and more had great video on the waterloo courier website…keep up the good work!!!
Still stuck at the station, did it in 30 minutes.
65kg dead lifts
75kg bench for 10 and 9, then 65kg to finish
I did shoulder press instead of cleans cause I am weak, 30kg.

What they failed to tell you about this workout is that it has a second name.
“Three bars of death”

Also “Three Bars of Death” is too tamely named. I suggest “Three Bars of Eternal Damnation”- T-BED for short

Did Tabata on Fire
8 rounds of each 20 sec. on/ 10 off:
Sledge swings
“Stairs” with a 55 lb. kettlebell (is 1 1/2 pood, yes!)
Sledge swings
30 lb. wallball
Then I did two rounds of 50 m. 100 lb. sled pulls and tire drags.
Need calories badly.
