I think I struggle with the zone diet because 1) I love me some bread, pasta, etc. 2) I get lazy with my eating 3) I'm still eating for two. I want to watch what I eat, but I don't want it to become dangerous for me or Selah. Anyone know someone I can ask about smart eating for someone who is breastfeeding?
