I usually come in the mornings — but I got zero sleep last night. I’ll be there tonight.
If you see someone on here named Geoff starting to post, he’s a long time (2 plus year?) “competitor” of mine in CrossFit who lives in England. I think he’s going to start doing the Cedar Valley WODs for a while. Hopefully his times/scores aren’t better than mine ;) Welcome, Geoff.
