    Yoga……25 min elliptical…..FRAN 10:40….beat my old time by 3:02!!!

    Greast warm-up plus ladder, 20 minutes on treadmill, 30 butterfly crunches, 3X5 squats @ 80Kg.

    WTF, am I addicted to working out now? Thanks to Armand, Sarah, Jared, and of course my Brothers from Waterloo Fire for the motivation!! I owe you all so much.

    Bill, you keep talking like that and I’m going to look like your son did after the workout yesterday! Tell him good job by the way (and he can pay Donohue back for cleaning out the trash can).

    It was the crossfit.com workout for the day….trying to do 1 xtra workout per wk on a rest day….like they said, thong season is soon among us :)

    Fran w/ light weight & 2 band pullups… I forgot my time… Much better than last time – my first CrossFit workout:)
