Due to my terrible attitude from dealing with complete douchetards today, I will not be attending today. I do not wish to bring my anger to a place where I could bring the group down. I hope that I do not let any of you down.
Sorry…didn’t get to finish…the best way to forget about the douchelords that fill this town….gotta take the frustration out at the gym!!! You don’t have to talk to anyone, and if u haven’t noticed, when u show up with a bad attitude, u always leave with a good one!!!
I agree with Heather; it’s the best place to vent AND when you’re done you’re too tired to be able to beat someone with a shovel like you wanted to when you came in.

Pink, Stop fucking around and get in the fucking gym. I realize youre busy and we all miss days here and there, but fuck me c’mon man, you’re in this program and it took the place of another one of your brothers. Don’t fuckn disrespect him by not doing the work

I think my row needs a little adjustment. It felt like I was extending my legs but still had a lot of row left to do with my arms. I’m thinking there’s a more efficient way but I haven’t learned it yet. I think I’ll practice some tomorrow morning.
Hey Mary, I found what helped me out on the row is right before you get to peak extension, do a quick twitch motion with your wrists to get the last 5-6inches of the extension. that motin increases the wheel rpm during retraction, thus “coasting” farther. I don’t think this is cheating cuz your still doing all the work, just more efficiently. Maybe I need a ruling from someone on that.
