		<description>Hey Mary, I found what helped me out on the row is right before you get to peak extension, do a quick twitch motion with your wrists to get the last 5-6inches of the extension.  that motin increases the wheel rpm during retraction, thus &quot;coasting&quot; farther.  I don&#039;t think this is cheating cuz your still doing all the work, just more efficiently. Maybe I need a ruling from someone on that.</description>
