    Marty and I came in this morning.

    100 double unders
    20k Shoulder press 3×12
    25k Push press 3×12
    2.5k free weight push press, front lifts, side lifts, bent over lift combo thing. 3×12
    75k bench 3×10 + 80k bench 1×10 (failed at 7, did 7, 8, 9, 10 one at a time)
    50 pullups (10 at a time w/ small single band x 5)
    attempted 100 more double unders but the rope was on file and broke apart at 87. I took that as a sign that I was done for the day.

    Had a Chi Tea Latte from Starbucks because I felt I deserved it. Happy Friday everyone!

    I didnt count my DU…just did them until Mary was done.

    Shoulder Press 3×12 2 sets at 25K 1 set at 20K
    Push press 3×12 25k
    5k shoulder combo 3×12
    Bench press 75lbs 2×10 80lbs 1×10
