Hey everybody. I turn 30 next week so I think we’re doing the Dirty 30 next Sunday (the 7th) for a workout and I’m thinkin’ we’re going to have a little birthday party afterward around 6 PM. Not sure exactly where yet, but I’ll keep you all posted.
Hungover in St. Louis, damn irish car bombs. Anyway, did as much similiar stuff as I could at the fitness center in the hotel, plus ran/walked 2 miles. I never would have considered doing a workout on the road 3 months ago, thanks CrossFit instructors and homies. BTW, how come my sweat smells like Guinness?
