    I need some advice…
    My whole life (26 years) I have never had really any sports related injuries to speak of, but in the three weeks I have doing Crossfit I’ve suffered two injuries. I started the program in pretty decent shape and have tried to be somewhat cautious not to overdue it. Yesterday, my back popped doing RDL and I can’t stand up straight today. Last week, my left shoulder began to hurt everytime I did cleans, any press, etc. Is this normal early on? Am I just pushing too hard? Any advice would be greatly appreciated, as I want to get back in the mix ASAP.

    Is there an afternoon class today?? I’m confused on weekends with the times, but I’m generally confused anyway….

    Neal, I was very sore for the first 2-3 weeks after every workout. I did get used to it, however when doing the workouts I still get soreness but nothing like the beginning. I’d try to adapt your workouts in order to not re-aggravate your injuries, and get rest when you can. That’s just my opinion, there’s professionals on here with training with training on the subject that can definitely point you in the right direction.

    Neal, I would say injuries may be related to the form on ur movements, I know when I get hurt its because I’m doing them incorrectly :) just a guess, by my own personal xperience

    Worked out with Chuck D., we did 5 rnds of 15box jumps, 15 ring dips, 15 wall balls, 15 sit ups, 100yd run, 15 push press 95lb, 100 yd run.
