I think with a little technique work on your row, we could alleviate most of that pain.
When I first started rowing, my arms use to pump up and hurt like hell, but as I learned to really drive with my legs and back, and more or less just use my arms to hold on, the pain disapeared. I’m guessing you are pulling like hell with your arms. Imagine how much your arms would hurt if you tried to pull the bar up with them during deadlifts……..
No shame…Brian was able to pick up and dump a low single. Against the wall. Haha. It’s all games. We may have to have a crossFit Cedar Valley tourney sometime. U better retire Brian haha
