Thats funny Nick, your a big boy now… I didn’t get any sympathy when i showed my dad my skinless hands…he looked at me & said… well was it worth it?… My answer… YEA
Great article from yesterday, Jared! Pretty good explanation of what’s going on in society these days. I like the concept of calling “Physical Training” “Physical Culture” instead, because it does more than make your body fit. Good stuff. I’m going to take a nap now.
We’re in Sauk Centre Mn playing hockey so I ran a 5k outside in the snow. Thought that Waterloo’s residence were the only ones who don’t shovel thier sidewalks. It’s a pain in the but to do this on an Ipod, buy isn’t technology sweet! Go Colts!!! One other thing the boy won with a hat trick and an assist.
Unable to attend due to prior commitment. Instead, did biggest loser workout with my wife. It is a wonder those people ever lose anything, what a joke. Oh well, at least it was something. Schottt, tell Kyle awesome job. Everyone enjoy tomorrow off….GO SAINTS!
Just finished making my homemade medicine ball. A basket ball, tube of sand, Goop, and some athletic tape. 21 pounds for around $10, beats the F*#K out of paying over $100 for a “real” medicine ball.
