SSG Rossin talked me into trying this workout even though I live in Illinois, and I’m starting this week. I just have a few quick questions about today’s workout…do I go from squat to run or finish the squats and then do the running? What is the rest between each set? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
Hey Bro, Mac here, rest should be adequate between squat sets. Perhaps 1 to 2 mins. Rest periods between sprints should be approximately 3 times the time it takes you to run a sprint. Good to have you bro.
Anyone interested in a snowshoe run on Wednesday sometime let me know on here. Charlie’s going to check with the Runner’s Flat and see how many pairs of snowshoes they have (should be plenty). Rental is $5. Holla!!!
Disappointed on sprints. Did 5 then recumbent bike. Going to Runner’s Flat after tomorrow’s workout to see if there are different shoes that help with the feet pain when running. I am getting awful frustrated having shit hurt, and not normal workout soreness. At least I can squat I guess.

Neal, do all your back squats first. Then go and do your sprints. Welcome to the jungle.
