		<description>I sat around pissed off all day about this morning&#039;s workout, and being unable to complete the sprints.  So.......I went back in for the 6:30 workout.  

Deadlifts 5X10
1 @ 50
3 @ 80
1 @ 110

10 minutes of hard (for me) recumbent bike
50 IDK what they are called reverse sit up extension things on that one thing. ;-)</description>
