Who would want to squat w/ an arm sling? That guy is hard core.
I got a few extras in this morning – especially w/ the treadmills out of commission.
65lb bench 5×10
incline bench on a machine w/ 10lbs added
dumbell bench w/ 20s
30 pullups w/ single band (10 x 3)
planks front and sides x 30sec each x 2 sets
Practiced my double unders for a while – I’m getting more in a row but having to jump 3-4 singles between each double.
Didn’t cheat on my meals/eating yesterday – and so-far-so-good today. I had a meeting with a co-worker that had a bag of Oreos AND a fresh pan of Scotcharoos on his desk. It felt good to walk out knowing I didn’t give in to temptation.
Marty and I are coming in tomorrow at 5am to lift – if anyone would like to join us.

some time after marc and marty got done. everyone had a hard time figuring out their time because mac “the meat head” mccormick couldnt figure out the timer. wall ball burpees were brutal and armand yelled at me….

Arm hurting today.
Hard workout but felt good to be done. Dont remember time, too old to be doing this shit, let alone remember the time too! Thanks Nick for helping me with the sledge. I look forward to doing that again, I want to master that too.
