Well, hello, Fran’s evul twin….wtf!!! I HOPE I make it thru tonite….mild pain killers aren’t touching Tillman….uh, Bill, Marty was on my back :) trying to NOT touch my slimey self…wish she’d cop a feel…HAAAAY!!

From CrossFit Iowa , after a quick google heres what I got
Run 400M
50 pullups
100M fireman’s carry
50 dips
100 pushups
50 hanging knees-2-elbows
100 situps
Run 400M
Rules: No partitioning. Ex: finish all the pullups before moving on….
Where is CrossfitIowa? Do we get to take a short bus to get there? Does that workout make you feel like a junk-punch? Cuz it sure looks like it. Is crying a penalty? Do I have to sign a waiver? I think I’ve talked myself into it.
ATTENTION: looking to put together a CF SOCIAL 6:00PM FRIDAY, APRIL 9TH in the basement of the screaming eagle to celebrate the ff’s three month period and everyone else’s hard work this winter. give me a in/out with your post, if the majority can make it i will make the reservation….will find another weekend if not. thanks!

Spent my “off day” pulling up carpet, padding and about 5,000 staples – and was up until midnight. Skipped the 4am alarm clock this morning but I’ll be there tonight! Jenny – do you want to ride together?
We have kids the 20th, I will talk to Chris, I would love to go….altho, I am planning on going to Crossfit Iowa when I am in DM the 28th….as far as the 9th goes, we don’t have kids, I am sure we can come CHAAAHLIE!

I replaced the pullups with sumo deadlift high pulls (25k) plus modified dips.
Burpees on my knees for the last 2 rounds.

Did 1 RM on bench. 185 lbs. (One of THOSE days)
Then 145 lb. sled pulls. 12 forward, 6 between the legs, 6 backward.
I’d love to do the Maltz Challenge. Last year my back was too jacked up to go. I’m cool with the gathering at the Screegle on the 9th.
