2.8 mi OUTSIDE (YAAAY) run…personal goal is to start getting at least 15 mi in per week plus crossfit, always motivating to run in pairs/groups…let me know if anyone is interested!!

Made up CrossFit Total day at 5:45ish. Nice to see Marty and Mary’s smiling faces. Always with a great attitude ladies, you are amazing.
Push Press- 70Kg (PR)
Dead Lift- 150Kg (PR by 10)
Back Squat- 173Kg (PR by 3)
TOTAL- 393Kg
