Whats 95% of 0? I’m going to start shooting up on the PCP right now. This workout reminds me of an old SNL skit with Phil Hartman as the Russian deadlifter at the ALL DRUG olympics.

Did “Helen”, the WOD here in Athens. Tried to represent CrossFit Cedar Valley well (and the US for that matter). George was impressed that a girl could do pullups. Sorry to miss the workout today! I’ll try to catch up when I get back on Sunday.

new (personal) goal is to start getting at least 15 mi in per week plus crossfit, always motivating to run in pairs/groups…let me know if anyone wants to join….
