Yet another reason to weigh less!
I need to rest my shoulders. As much as I like to row I’m going to sit this weekend out.
8 reps of bench at 170 lbs.. That’s a PVC pipe with a 2 1/2 pounder on each side.
4 rounds 100lb bench. 3, 3, 4, 4 (bw 155) PR for 500m row in 2nd round – 1:56.
