    Ruck march with Ro. 80 lbs., 4 miles. 1:06:30. Stopped once about 1/4 mile in because my pack broke. Good stuff!

    I don’t feel guilty to say that I am doing absolutely nothing on this rest day…Except lifting heavy speakers and band equipment :-(

    Went in and worked out a workout that was running through my head. The sweat angel looked about right afterward.

    I’m enjoying my rest day, but thinking about working out. Is that weird?

    I may have to go out side and jump rope, to see if it still gives me Tourette’s.

    Marty and I had a good morning workout – lifted shoulders and back so that hopefully some day, we’ll be able to do handstand pushups.

    Mary- We’re playing at the Surf Ballroom in Clear Lake tonight and in Cedar Rapids tomorrow. I’m game for riding my bike to class…if my house is on the way do you want to meet me there?

    Okay Mary…I changed my mind. It’s 1:00 am and we still have over an hour to drive to get home… plus it’s raining. Maybe we can bike on Sunday? Sorry, I’ll see you at class :-)
