    Still learning, but learned a bunch today. Thanks for helping me today, Nick, Armand, and Ian. Something must be working better, when I can end the session push pressing more than I was back squatting at the beginning. Work tomorrow, so I’ll have to miss class, I’ll see what it is and do as much as I can at the station.
