Did crossfit with crossfit iowa. Was 5-4-3-2-1 push press and clean and jerks….heading home now :)
Oh, 83lb on both, tried 93lbs on my last clean, and failed

31:44 rx. then overhead squat max 60 kg (couldn’t snatch any heavier to get the weight overhead) then speed bench with chains 8×1 at 155 lbs.
