Slow and steady. 38:something. Did Rx weight but did power cleans. Considering the fact that 70 kg is my clean and jerk 1 rep max, I was just happy that I got it done 49 times.
After that did:
in bunker gear (no SCBA)
50 m keg carry
50 m seated sled pull (20 kg)
50 m keg carry
50 sledge swings (16 lb. sledge)
