I know a lot of people have been posting their vacation workouts. I found a list on the CrossFit website for workouts that don’t require any equipment in case you need to travel light. Thought it might be helpful with Spring Break and summer getting close. I plan on taking it to Greece :) Here’s the link…
Jen – Great article! I’ll try these next time I’m on vacation — EXCEPT for the 100 burpees for time. I will not be doing that one.

Well I’m the really slooow tard 17:48 baby but all double under. I can’t pick up the rope that fast every time I throw it down, cause I trip on it or it gets wrapped round my neck somehow. Haven’t figured out how I did that yet. But I did them all and I WILL get better. And Gosh darnit people like me. I think?
