Mare….you crack me up!! Wish I would’ve gotten up to do the workout…I was up at 3:30 this am cleaning dogshit out of her kennel….had to cancel my massage at 5:30 tonite so I can make the WOD!! Will you come hug me thru it?

Thrusters, SDLHP,& 17 push jerk….then I hyperventillated, lightheaded, shakin, and thought i was gonna puke, after spenting about 4 min in the hallway to regain composure, came back and decreased wt by 5k to 55lbs and finished. 18:44 hahaha. I still don’t feel right lol
15:00 Bad! thrusters and SDLHP 40kg, push jerk started at 40kg for 10 reps, then my female parts started hurting more so I went to 30kg. OHS with little bar, front squats 20kg.
16:54 came down to only 2 burpees per minute and just used bar for overhead squat and front squat. Like most I was disapointed with my performance. Room for improvement!

Did the whole thing Rx. At one point I thought I might actually have a stroke but I worked threw it. I also successfuly avoided vomiting although I think I may have sharted a little during the OHS.
Started with greens and big boy bar, that worked for about 5 thrusters. Switched to whites and “handicapped bar”. Burpees kill arm, so after 12 or so, I just lifted. For punishment for not being able to do burpees, did 4X10 back squats at 50, 50, 70, 70.

Started 55 lbs, don’t know time, or when I went down in weight. Do know I finished and I did every single one of those stinking burpees.

Got cocky – started with RX weight.
Did 6 thrusters before we had to do our first burpees.
Dropped down to black bar + 10k.
Did all the burpees on my knees, and usually taking 30-40 seconds each round.
Did SDLHP, push jerks, over head squats, started crying.
Did a few front squats, more burpees, turned around and saw Armand had switched my whites to greens. Cried some more.
I think he said 15:58.
Cried some more in the bathroom.
Hugged it out.

Mary was such a STUD today!!!
Did first 10 thrusters at RX, after second round of burpees couldnt handle the weight. wimped out and dropped 10K (whites)
