    I have a couch and a chair I’m getting rid of today. They’re decent and comfortable – but not new by any means.

    I was going to put them on the swap sheet.

    I felt so good that I did the workout at noon also.

    Also, 2 miles walk/run afterwards. Mac was my witness. Even ran at 6mph for awhile. That is hauling ass for me. ;-)

    One week of rest and both my back and shoulder are better. I’ve never actually craved working out before. Crossfit is definitely addicting…
