What kind of DB lets a brother do the today’s workout twice plus 2 miles on a treadmill knowing that this bundle of fun was in store the next day?? Mac, you are killing me Bro!
Pink, it was all out of love! Haha! Crossfitters, today is when you stay positive and learn to love being uncomfortable. I am amazed by everyone’s passion and hard work. Our classes lately have been incredible. We continue to grow and that is motivating!
Now to squash the rumors…1st, we are still waiting on the shirts. 2nd we are staying at USA. Crossfit Cedar Valley will not be leaving. I also want to let everyone know that we finally found or athlete to sponsor and he has been lifting with Coach Ma for 2 weeks.
Stay motivated, you are all becoming some of the fittest people on the planet.
I overslept, I am sorry. I actually turned my alarm off at 4:00 because I was dreaming it was an off day. I will do as close to this as I can at the station, or do it tomorrow at USA.
80k deadlifts first 3 rounds, 70k after. 24:07. The servos in Chuck D and Ian’s heads kept making aclicking noise so it was hard to concentrate. I think I’ll take Micheal over Tillman. Of course, that could be because Micheal was a while ago.
Does anybody know how much the large yellow plates weigh. I was trying to see how much I deadlifted last time we did Tillman and my post was in colors not weight…

Girl, don’t even worry what you did last time, i bet you can do it rx! I think youre the only one that wld be able to deadlift 185# (84k) 49 times! besides Sarah Mac!:)
last time did it in 23:12…(all kipping but 30 jumping and 55k dlft)K Dick thinks I did 8 rounds…..I’m pretty sure I didn’t, but, it would make me feel better about adding so much time….first workout I actually cried….god, why m I so negative….the WOD that I think I’ll do ok in, I always end up disappointed

Not feeling this workout, got frustrated with pullups, didn’t really want to be there. One of those days I guess.
Having some left butt pain again so I opted out on Tillman. Did:
8×3 speed bench press at 50 % 1RM
200 lb. sled drags
10 x 50 m. forward
4 backward
4 hamstring destroying ones
The lesson to remember about the butt pain is stretching. It’s important even when you aren’t injured- so do it.
