New Features On The Website : This Will Allow New Benchmark Page (Stores Workouts/ Times etc.) To Be Updated By You!   So Here Are The Steps Involved….

  • Benchmark Page Is Located In The Top Menu
  • Simply Visit This LINK , And Click “Register”
  • Then Enter A Username And Email
  • This WIll Send You Your Temporary Password
  • Next Log In Using The Link (Soon This Will Be Located In The Sidebar Above The Facebook Icon)  LINK
  • This WIll Take You To Your Dashboard
  • Next, Enter Your First and Last Name In Profile , WIthout This You Will Not Be Able To Enter Your Times.   IMPORTANT!
  • From The Left Menu :  Click Tools, Firebreather Scoreboard
  • Add Workout :  Enter Date, Time, etc. and Fill Everything Out (Click Rx or Not)
  • Also: Once You Are Logged In, You Can Simply Visit The Website, And The Benchmarks Page Will Allow You To Enter Workouts Right There!
  • And Thats It! You Can See The Top Times By Visiting The Benchmarks Page And Selecting A Workout
  • Shortcomings:  It  Doesn’t Seperate Mens And Womens Times,  But If A Girl Uses her Rx Weight and Beats A Guys Rx Time, Thats LEGIT, So Its Still A Great System.  It Shows Top 10, And Even If You’re Not Close To Top Ten, Enter Your Times Anyway, Because It Still Stores Them And Is A Great Way To Track Them.
