Yes the workout after the workout was tough.
Burpees and wallpushups on my fists instead of open hand.
lets not forget the WORKOUT AFTER THE WORKOUT!! Noone talked about this….my gosh, Jared killed us, 3 rounds:
200 yard farmer carry
15 burpees
10 v-ups
it was brutal….altho, good!! Thanks for a great workout Jared, altho I was cussing you thruout!
