    My WOD was altered
    Jackie was rx (whatever wt H.R. did) except, i did push press rather than thrusters
    Karabell was ? 30K snatches…but w/out a drop under bar and wall balls were a dip drive no squat.
    DID 2 rounds of Cindy +2 Pullups… no squats, did lunges instead…15 each side.

    Did not do Karabell Rx only did 40 Kg my technique was all jacked up did 4 rounds of cindy. What an assbeater of a workout.

    I did Jackie Rx’d except I did ring pullups. Did NOT expect those to suck as much as they did.
    Did 8 Rd’s of Karabell with 25k/55# for the snatches (my form still lacks) and 15# wallball.
    I finished the 30 minutes. That was the accomplishment of the day. I think my goal for next time is not to stop so often and get my snatches to be one movement instead of two (snatch then OHS).

    Sam and I are going to be in at 8:30 tomorrow morning if anyone wants to make up a WOD. I’ve missed a couple Sundays. He missed Saturday. Not sure what we’ll do, but we’ll be there.

    Got 6 rounds Karabelle. Thrusters with 20 lb dumbells, one arm snatches with 35lb kettleball first 4 rnds last 2 rouns snatches with 20lb dumbbells.
    10 pullups rx. Rest ring pullups.

    you should see a chiro….takes awhile to get it fixed completely, but, it worked for me!! I didn’t know you were STILL injured! NOTHING worse!!
