We were talking about Shantelle’s son throwin’ down on the playground. It reminded me of a free CF Kids article about teaching kids to fight. It’s about two pages in if you’re interested in reading it.

last time we did this I had just started – I did single jumps and pushups leaning against a wall. 3rnds.
