    not sure if I did the WOD correctly but I got 19 rounds. I am in Sioux City today and tomorrow, so I just used the fitness center here. reading the posts apparently hopping was over a distance and not in place??? plus the last 5 rounds of push ups were on knees. still felt better than just skipping cause I was out of town. see you all Friday
