    6, 10, 10, 6, 4. Number of squats were in direct correlation to the level of Armand’s yelling. Thanks Mac.

    16 pullups (as a result of the 8:30 run which was the result of the aforementioned yelling/back squat equation).

    Did the CFFB strength WOD which was 30 min. of working on gymnastics skills. Got 5 muscle ups (not unbroken) before I missed one. Also got 6 HSPU’s unbroken.
