    110 for squats. Felt heavy after yesterday! 145×3, 150×2 for DL.

    Did weighted with 5# dumbbell
    Did my FIRST strict pullups!
    I got through my first set, and then I wasn’t clearing the bar on every rep of my weighted and strict. Finally when I got to failure I moved to the rings. Kipping – Rx.

    Did kipping with 10#, strict on bar (chin not always over bar)
    and kipping seemed easy after all that.
