    Felt like class a year ago.
    Myself, Heather N, Nick and Charlie. All we were missing was Heather R, Lisa and Sam.

    C&J were 40, 42, 44
    I only did 5 sets of plyo push ups by accident, last round did the full ten.

    CFBH Warmup: 20 lunges, 20 slamballs, 20 situps x2 (they post their warmups)
    WOD: 30 doubleunders, 20 squats, 10 pushups every 4 min 1 lap around the bldg AMRAP 20 min.
    I got 5 rounds plus 9 DU Rx

    I went in and made up the wod on Thursday.

    Did 2 rd’s with kipping pullups and 3 rd’s with strict. (Was a little scared to let go of the bar.) Used medium black box.
