So In Review: 2000m Row , 30’s, 20’s, 10’s, Mile Run

Did 50 kg on the 20’s and 10’s for bench. The Macs got two free sets of high pulls in spotting me. Got done with everything but the row in 28:00. Waited for the rower and got it done in 8:23. So probably would have been about 37 minutes. Did 10, 15 lb. manmakers while waiting. Great workout. Feel like death.
P.S. I’ve tried to get on SealFit, Crossfit Endurance, and CrossFit Football and it looks like they’ve all been “attacked” by malware or some geeky crap like that. Not sure if they’re after all CrossFit sites, but beware.

HAHAHA Shane!! That run at the end was BRUTAL!! Those hills were a killer! I saw your 80 yr old lady haulin sum a**…she lapped me and flipped me the bird on the way by as I was gasping for air…lol!

Got passed by an 80 year old man with a walker on the run.
Gotta love the workouts that exploit your weaknesses. Thank you CrossFit KILO for sending me home a beaten man.
