New Members – 3 Personal Sessions Must Be Completed Before Joining The Ongoing Classes.  These Can Be Scheduled With Any Of The Three Trainers.

CrossFit Is A Class Based Program :  A Workout Of The Day Is Posted And The Time To Complete The Given Workout Is Recorded.  Technique Is Held To The Utmost Importance And Competition Ensues.

We Run A 3 Days On, 1 Day Off Schedule.  Therefore Each Week Is Different And The Rest Days Change.  On Days Which The Posts Says Rest, There Will Be No Classes.

Includes: Unlimited Attendance To Classes, Membership To United Sport And Athlete Required.
